In February we celebrated Grandpa Rick’s 80th birthday in Florida, I made a trip back to Nebraska to see my family and make Czech potato pancakes, aka “plutzka.”
I continued my sourdough creations with bagels, and Candice and I celebrated at the Your Castle Awards Gala where I took home the #1 broker prize for 2024.
And I topped off the month with a quick visit to Boulder to see Max, Tyler and Jaclyn and buy them lunch.
