I understand the strong pull to live in the mountains. In 2003, my family and I made our dream of moving to the mountains of Colorado a reality. Coming from Chicago, there could not be a greater disparity of locations and lifestyle. We continue to enjoy all that Summit County has to offer including four world-class ski resorts, miles of hiking and biking trails, temperate summers with plenty of festivals, and great people.

My clients appreciate my background in law. I am a licensed attorney and practiced commercial litigation at Foley & Lardner in Chicago prior to shifting my business to real estate. While I don’t practice law anymore, I do find that I perceive issues a bit differently, especially with my background in litigation. My legal training and experience truly helps me to get deals closed the right way.

I’m also a real estate investor and experienced in generating income and creating wealth through real estate. I will listen to your needs and be honest and upfront with you about whether Summit County is the right place for you. You never need to worry that I’m just trying to sell you something. The Summit County real estate market has rebounded from the Great Recession and activity is high. Because Summit County is a resort market, many people rent their properties on a short or long term basis if they aren’t using them. I have contacts with numerous property managers (see my list) who can assist you in determining the potential rental income for your property.

Meeting new people and helping them make their dreams come true is why I enjoy my work. I also especially LOVE the fact that I have assisted my clients in generating millions of dollars of equity in real estate since 2003. She would block time for us whenever we were able to come in to town so that we made the best use of time. Her knowledge of the area was most beneficial as we thought starting off that we wanted a summer only place and location didn’t matter. We ended up with a beautiful slopeside condo that meets more of our family needs. She found the condo before it was listed on the internet and sent a YOUTUBE of the place.
