Get to Know Me
Candice De
Real Estate Agent in Frisco, Breckenridge, Silverthorne, Dillon, and Keystone CO
I had written on my goal sheet to teach my kids to ski without having to drive on I-70, and then COVID hit, and we started house hunting.
When we moved, I told Narendra I would give it a year, but I wanted the option to move back to Denver. After 6 months we fell in love with Frisco!
We love the lifestyle where our activities of hiking, biking, skiing and more are right outside our doors. But more importantly we love the small community and raising our kids where others share the same values.
MY REAL ESTATE CAREER
My foray into real estate commenced with the purchase of my grandmother’s home, where I first ventured into the world of house hacking.
Subsequently, I expanded my real estate portfolio by acquiring additional properties, unveiling the enduring potential of real estate as a viable long-term investment.
My first pregnancy led me to the idea of getting my real estate license, and then the second pregnancy I decided to flip a house in Denver during a pandemic. Hormones made me crazy, but I’ve learned a lot along the way.
Over my real estate journey, I’ve taken risks and learned some hard lessons from buying rentals, screening tenants, setting short term rental prices, and purchasing a house to flip. I bring both rewarding and hard lessons learned to my clients who are considering real estate investments.
With a track record of over $26M in real estate sales in the past 4 years, I’ve guided dozens of clients throughout the entire state of Colorado toward achieving their real estate goals. Since moving to Summit County, I have joined the Amy Nakos Group with Amy and our assistant Jennifer where together we are able to bring so much more to our clients.
