December flew by, but the holiday season was filled with lots of love and some travel! First off, I did a hut trip to Sister’s Hut in Breckenridge, which was the first real snow we saw this year and included some quality feminine bonding over face masks.

Then we celebrated Eloise’s 6th birthday with some sledding at Carter Park. With sadness, we said goodbye to Loretta the Jetta after 17 years of good times. She’s still running, so hopefully someone else will appreciate the lack of AC and 2WD! We also attended the Frisco Elementary Christmas Program where my kids really gave it their A effort. It was very adorable all around, and Ms. Hilden does a great job with it.

And we rounded out the Christmas holiday with a trip to Belize where we snorkeled with sharks, met “Belize Santa”, zip lined, visited the Tikal ruins, and had some quality family time together. It was a great way to sendoff 2025!
