In this video, I highlight things like:
- Average price of condos, townhomes and single family homes. There has been an average price increase from 18% – 29%.
- Average days on market is 25, although most properties sell within days. This number includes new construction which increases DOM.
- Average appreciation from 1992 to 2021 in Summit County is 7.9% each year.
- Number of properties sold has increased from 2035 in 2020 to 2045 in 2022, which is more inventory than we’ve sold in the past, but demand is so high that it feels like there isn’t enough inventory.
