On December 17, we received site plan approval for the Ridge Complex from the Snake River Planning Commission for The New Seasons at Keystone. This is the first step in obtaining the needed approvals to move forward with the Ridge Complex.

Next steps will be submission of the building and engineering plans to the Summit County Planning Department, estimated for February 2021. Upon approval of the building and engineering plans, the development team will be able to break ground. Timing on ground-breaking will depend on the weather and other construction factors.
