First round of contracts must be submitted by September 7th by 3pm MT.

KEYSTONE – ALCOVE TOWNHOMES

Alcove townhomes is a new construction project walking distance to the gondola.

SILVERTHORNE – BLUE RIVER FLATS PHASE II

The second phase of Blue River Flats is currently in pre-release. There will be 30 condo units, one, two and three bedrooms, and some are riverfront. There is a current incentive for $50 off a square foot for pre-construction contracts.
