The Recentric team is pleased to announce that we have officially closed on the acquisition of Union Terrace, an 84,000+ square foot office with medical building in Lakewood, CO. The closing occurred on December 29th, 2023, the last business day of the year allowing our partners to take advantage of the accelerated depreciation tax benefits of commercial real estate. Additionally, the team was able to negotiate over $678,000 in discretionary buyer credits towards deferred maintenance and leasing costs, putting us in a great position to move forward on executing our value-add strategy for this asset.
