What IS happening around the county is groups are forming to bring legal action to fight these restrictions. A group of Peak 7 owners are working to bring legal action against the County and Board of County Commissioners. While I’m not personally involved, this group has been using my analyses re: wait times for STR licenses in unincorporated Summit County to share the reality of these regulations with property owners.
