Occupancy in Summer 2021 was up 45.5% from 2020 and Average Daily Rate was up 24%! Looks like the boom in the real estate market has also translated to the rental market.

But if you are considering purchasing property and renting it out on a short term (less than 30 day rentals) basis, you will need to do your due diligence and make sure that it is allowed.
