July 2026 – Candice’s Shenanigans

July started with a pontoon boat day on the lake with my parents and some friends. The kids did some art projects at Ready, Paint, Fire with my mom. I highly recommend that as a family activity! Erin and I had an awesome run around the Buffalo Mountain Loop with perfect weather on Eccles pass… and then I sprained my ankle which put a damper on my running training. But we rounded out July with a trip to Water World where I think I enjoy the rides as much as the kids. And then we took a dinner cruise on Lake Dillon with Captain Frank with Dillon Water Taxis. Because he couldn’t make the trip from Frisco to Dillon with tourists, he pivoted and come up with a new idea. His next idea is to do weddings on boats on the lake, which sounds beautiful!
