Every six months, we download loads of Summit MLS data, crunch it, and then come up with our amazing Mountain Trends booklet! Some highlights include:

  • Average price in Summit is $1,000,000
  • Average prices are up anywhere from 16-26% depending on geographic region
  • Sales volume is up 38-165% depending on geographic region

Many complain about “no inventory” but we have 59% more sales than we did a year ago. There is inventory, but there is also insatiable buyer demand that eats up that inventory faster than we have ever seen.

21Q2 SUMMIT COUNTY MOUNTAIN TRENDS VIDEO

We are at less than one month of inventory across all geographic areas. However, in reality, properties are only on the market for a matter of days. New construction properties and ultra luxury properties (which take longer to sell), are making the average days on market longer than in reality. Check out these slides below, and as always feel free to reach out with any questions.
