March 2026 – Amy’s Shenanigans

In March, my mother in law came to visit and to attend “mom’s weekend” at CU Boulder Sigma Nu fraternity where we wore assigned matching pink bandanas. She was a hit and everyone asked, “why didn’t we bring my Nana?” I went to Nebraska to visit my family, make plutski (Czech pancake) and met 2 month old Ellie, my brother’s grandchild and the first great grandchild for my parents. Keeping with baby month, meet my little friend Penn who thinks I’m “sus.” My friend Erika from Portland came to visit with her son Luke for a ski competition. Finally, my older son Tyler is moving to Orange County, CA for a promotion so this was our “farewell” dinner with him at Cuba Cuba in Denver. (Yes, I’m sad and happy at the same time).
